Caffeine - The Wonder Drug

A Japanese study has found that drinking green tea lowers your chances of developing type 2 diabetes. Can it be the caffeine? If so, could the reduction in caffeine in the American diet be contributing to this country's increase in type 2 diabetes?

My favorite dietician has always told me that "all foods fit." I believe it, including those foods with caffeine.
